Hi, I'm Rachael.

I'm a coach for women who are ready to drop the masks and start living from a fully expressed and authentic place.
​
My passion for helping women through transition was born from my own experience. Over the last five years, everything in my life changed - my career, my relationship, where I lived… even how I looked. ​
​
It was radical. And I’d love to say I consciously leapt into it because I wanted more. But the truth? Change was thrust upon me (as it so often is). Through the pain, searching, and heartache, I realised one thing:

The only person who could save me was me.
​
Brick by brick, I began creating a new life.
​
A life that felt joyful.
A life that felt BIG — and sometimes a little scary.
A life that aligned with what I truly value.

Through learning, experimentation and action, I developed my own change process - one that bypassed the walls that my logical brain had built to keep me "safe".​
​
Life is full of challenge for women - hormonal shifts, career transitions, parenting demands, changing priorities...
When we stop numbing the discomfort and get honest about what isn’t working, things begin to shift. Knowing what we don’t want is often the most powerful starting point - because it gives us the clarity and momentum to create the life we do want.

Because many of us have spent our entire lives showing up for others.
Being who we thought the world wanted us to be. Putting our own needs last.

I've developed a coaching methodology that guides you through your transformation using neuroscience, guided visualisation and grounded empowerment work. Together, we uncover who you are beneath the expectations, what you truly want next, and how to go after it with confidence and clarity.

The Create Yourself Method
Unlike traditional coaching, which starts with a goal and works toward it, this series goes deeper. We explore the subconscious - the place where your truest desires and vision for life live. For many women in midlife, what surfaces here is far more meaningful than the goals they had on paper, and it becomes the foundation for a life that truly fits them.
The method unfolds in three stages, each designed to build on the last:

Connect
In our first session, we connect with the part of you that knows who you truly are — your values, desires, and authentic self. Using guided visualisation and neuroscience-backed tools, we bypass fear and overthinking, revealing a vision for this next chapter of life that may be far richer than what you imagined.

Clarify
Once we’ve uncovered what truly matters to you, we dive deeper to clarify your priorities, values, and the blocks that may have been holding you back. Together, we shine a light on what’s no longer serving you, and identify the beliefs, habits, or patterns that need to shift. This step creates a clear, grounded picture of the life you want — one that aligns with your authentic self and your vision for this stage of life.

Create
Finally, we move from insight into action. This step is about designing and stepping into your life with intention, confidence, and play. You’ll learn tools to take empowered action, set aligned goals, and create a roadmap that feels exciting, achievable, and fully yours. By the end of this process, you’ll have not only clarity and confidence, but a tangible plan to live a life that reflects your true self - not who you’ve been told to be.
